You don’t have to have an account to shop with us online. You simply purchase through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can continue the checkout procedure as a ‘Guest’.
By setting up an account you can view previous orders and save a wishlist for future purchases.
We take care to protect your privacy and secure your information. We will not disclose your personal details to third parties. We use Paypal to keep your information safe and inaccessible to others.
Royal Mail First Class Delivery is included within the cost so there’s no hidden extras.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be posted within 48 hours using Royal Mail First Class post. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or other public holidays will be posted on the next working day. However we try to despatch your order quicker than this (often the same working day).
You will receive a confirmation order and invoice by email. If you haven’t received them, please check your junk folder.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible so do not allow you to add items to an existing order. The easiest way to add items it to create a new order.
Your order can be cancelled up until it has been despatched from our warehouse. Get in touch if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already been despatched, you can return it within 28 days of receipt.
If you’re not completely happy with your order you can return it to us within 28 days from the day your order was despatched. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
Please post your item back to: Blue Beryl, Unit 8 Sketchley Meadows, Sketchley Lane Ind. Est., Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 3EN. We will issue a refund of any unused items once we have received the returned item – please keep the proof of postage. We will not however refund the value of your postage costs to return the item.
